Can't get Panopto Video Access in Canvas?


We're sorry that you're having trouble accessing the videos for your course!

If you haven’t tried any of the following—especially trying Google Chrome—please do so.
Note: Google Chrome is the only browser that we can fully recommend for accessing CTS resources.
On Desktop:
    Click the "Panopto Video" menu item on the left of the course home page. This activates the link between Canvas and Panopto if it's not active yet.
    Make sure you're using Google Chrome [not Safari],
    that the browser is up-to-date,
    and that your computer's OS is up to date.
    You can also try signing out of Canvas and then signing back in.

On the Canvas mobile app:
    Make sure the app is up-to-date.
    Sign out of the app, and then sign back in.
    Make sure your device’s operating system is up to date
