This article details how to customize an existing Bookings calendar. For instructions on setting up a new Bookings calendar, please refer to Set up Microsoft Bookings.
By default, Bookings is set up to display information with respect to UTC time. It is probable you would prefer to see information related to your local time zone.
Under Manage your booking page, expand Region and time zone settings.
Select your desired time zone from the list.
Click Save when finished.

Create a new/edit existing service
By default, Bookings is set up with one type of service (e.g., "30-minute meeting"). However, you may wish to create new types of services for users to select from when scheduling time with you.

Basic Details
Give the service a Name.
Add a Description and Location, if needed.
Be sure to check Add online meeting and Send an anonymous meeting link to customers if you'd like users to schedule an online meeting with you.
It is a good practice to always allow users to schedule an online meeting - even if you will be meeting in person for a particular meeting. Since our users live around the world, it is helpful to provide them this type of flexibility. Additionally, the "anonymous link" ensures security for our users without requiring them to login to their account.
Set the Duration for the meeting.
Add Buffer time, if desired. This accounts for time before and after the meeting time (e.g., for travel or meeting prep).
Set the Maximum number of attendees.
Availability Options
From the Add service menu, click Availability options.
Choose Time increments, Minimum lead time, and Maximum lead time.
Select your General availability. You can also set custom availability during certain date ranges, if desired. For assistance with this, please contact helpdesk@covenantseminary.edu.
Assign Staff
From the Add service menu, click Assign staff.
If you will not have multiple staff for users to choose between, turn off the Allow customers to choose a particular staff for booking toggle.
Custom Fields
Bookings allows you to create and ask custom questions that will be added to the appointment.
From the Add service menu, click Custom fields.
Click Add custom field.

Choose the Question type from the dropdown and give it a Name.
To add the custom question, click the Select radio. Make it requiredby toggling the Required switch.
