As an employee of Covenant Theological Seminary, the institution provisions you with an email address and user account for use with our systems and services.
Email
All work-related correspondence shall be conducted via your employee email address.
Email forwarding from "@covenantseminary.edu" addresses is forbidden.
An employee shall keep a personal email address on file with the institution for use in account recovery and password resets.
Technology Services and Software Licensing
Covenant Seminary shall provide the appropriate technology services and software licensing needed for employees to conduct their work duties.
It is expected that employees should request access to such services and software with his/her manager.
When engaging in Seminary-related business, employees shall utilize Seminary-issued resources (e.g., a Seminary-issued Zoom license for a meeting with a student).
Multi-factor Authentication
All institutionally provisioned user accounts shall be protected by Multi-factor Authentication.
