Troubleshooting VALT

Some users have reported being unable to connect to VALT or receive an error message that the page won't load. This article walks through common troubleshooting steps to resolve the issue.

Troubleshooting Steps

  • Confirm that you are using  Google Chrome  as your browser. Covenant Seminary recommends using Google Chrome for all applications and web services at the institution.
  • Confirm that your browser is fully up to date.
  • Confirm that you have cleared your browser cache:  https://ipivs.info/wiki/index.php/Chrome .
  • Confirm that your operating system is fully updated.
