First Time Users

New employees and students will be provisioned a user account for accessing CTS resources. Users will receive a Welcome Email within a few days of admittance/hire with account information and next steps.

Register Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and Self-Service Password Reset (SSPR)

The Welcome Email will contain an email address and temporary password, which can be used for initial account setup. Follow the instructions in the email to register MFA/SSPR methods. Refer to  Set up Multi Factor Authentication (MFA) on your account  for more information.

Reset Password

Once a user has successfully registered for MFA/SSPR, the user will be able to reset the account password. Refer to  Password policy and requirements  for more information.
