Those steps do have to be completed on campus. The VPN will let you access the fileshares and CAMS while off network.
We will get the VPN installed on your computer in the next couple of days.
Phone details: Your phone number is (enter full phone number) Internal extension is just (Extesion) - that is your voicemail PIN as well. At some point, hop in there and add a voicemail message.
